Your Caution Can Be Challenged and Removed
Have you just experienced the moment where your caution suddenly stopped your progress. From being told it’s “nothing,” to suddenly discovering it’s the reason you can’t move forward — a paused job application, a registration delay, or an immigration application refused?
It’s not the incident that hurts you, it’s how the system treats it. Suddenly your past is being treated as proof of risk. A police caution stays on the PNC for life, and it is treated as a red flag you can’t explain away.
At Legisia, we help you challenge cautions that were unfair, rushed, or disproportionate, giving you the chance to move on without this record holding you back.

Why Live With a Caution That Shouldn’t Be There?
At Legisia Legal Services, we knew from the outset that this case would require a careful balance of strategic legal action and compassionate storytelling. Our team took the following steps:
- Thorough Case Assessment
We begin by reviewing the circumstances of your caution—how it was issued, what you were told, and whether proper procedures were followed. - Identifying Grounds for Removal
We examine whether there were procedural failings, lack of legal advice, no valid admission, police pressure, or issues with mental capacity. - Building a Compelling Application
We gather evidence and prepare detailed legal representations to ACRO, setting out precisely why your caution should be deleted from the PNC. - Engaging with ACRO and Police
We submit your application through the Record Deletion Process and handle all correspondence, responses, and follow-ups on your behalf. - Appeals If Initially Refused
If your application is refused, we can escalate through an ICO complaint or judicial review to the Administrative Court to fight for deletion.
