Information We Collect and How We Use It

When you contact us through this website or by email at info@legisia.co.uk, the information you provide is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to assess whether we can assist you.

All enquiries sent through this website’s contact form or directly to info@legisia.co.uk are automatically and permanently deleted after three weeks.

Emails sent from info@legisia.co.uk carry a digital signature, and we aim to send all outgoing messages in an encrypted format. If your email system does not support a digital signature or S/MIME encryption, it may not be possible to send encrypted replies. By providing an email address without encryption capability, you consent to receiving unencrypted correspondence at that address unless you withdraw your consent. A digital signature provides a unique code that verifies the sender’s identity.

Your enquiry may, where appropriate, be shared with selected solicitors or U.S. attorneys for the purpose of obtaining legal advice or assistance. All third-party lawyers are regulated either by their professional regulator in England and Wales or, for U.S. attorneys, by their relevant State Bar Association. If you do not wish your enquiry to be shared, please notify us at the time of submission.

This website is protected by reCAPTCHA, and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

We use Google Analytics to analyse how visitors use our website and to help us improve its performance. Data collected through Google Analytics is processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and for legitimate business interests only.

For direct email marketing, your consent is required.

  • Soft opt-in: applies where you have previously contacted us about a related service and have not opted out, we may send information about similar services unless you object.
  • Explicit consent: required for all other forms of electronic marketing, you must take a positive action, such as ticking a consent box.

You may withdraw your consent at any time (see the Your Rights section below for details).
